GABRIEL TOGNERI
NAMED VICE PRESIDENT, INVESTOR RELATIONS, FOR PG&E CORPORATION
(San Francisco, CA)- PG&E
Corporation (NYSE:PCG) has appointed Gabriel B. Togneri as Vice
President of Investor Relations.
Togneri, 46, will lead the
company's investor relations program, which is responsible for providing
the company's shareholders and the financial community with information
on the corporation and its performance.
"Gabe's in-depth knowledge
of the company and broad experience in finance are just what we
need for this important function," said Robert D. Glynn, Jr., PG&E
Corporation Chairman, CEO and President.
Togneri has more than 20
years of experience in energy and finance. He began his career with
the corporation's utility unit, Pacific Gas and Electric Company,
in the Economics and Forecasting department. After holding a number
of director and manager positions, Togneri was named Assistant Treasurer
responsible for financing and cash management.
Togneri received a bachelor's
degree in mathematics from the University of California at Davis
and holds master's degrees in statistics, operations research, and
business administration from the University of California at Berkeley.

markets energy services and products throughout North America through
